These terms and conditions govern your use of the Pop! Shop website (pop-shop.uk) and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Pop! Shop is a trading name based at 1 Stanhope Road, Deal, Kent, CT14 6AB. You can contact us by phone on 07923 828881 or by email at hello@pop-shop.uk.

Almost everything we sell is second-hand, vintage or retro. This means items are pre-owned and may show signs of age, wear, or previous use. We do our best to describe the condition of every item accurately in its product listing, including any notable flaws or damage.

Each item is unique and one-off — when it's gone, it's gone. We do not sell new, mass-produced items unless explicitly stated. Some items may be reproductions or replicas, and this will be clearly noted in the product description.

Product photographs are of the actual item you will receive. We do not use stock images. However, colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings and lighting.

• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are as displayed on the website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
• We accept payment via Stripe (credit and debit cards) at checkout.
• For collection-only items, payment can also be made in cash on collection.
• Your order is only confirmed once we have received payment and sent you an order confirmation email.

• We ship within the United Kingdom via Evri. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's weight.
• Standard delivery (under 5kg): £4.95. Standard delivery (over 5kg): £6.95.
• Some items are marked as collection only — these cannot be posted and must be collected from our shop in Deal, Kent.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered. If your item is damaged in transit, please see our Returns Policy for how to report it.

Because most of our items are one-off pieces, there is usually only one of each in stock. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the item has already been sold, is no longer available, or if there was an error in the listing. In these cases, we will refund you in full within 7 days.

Items shown as "Sold" in our archive are no longer available for purchase and are displayed for reference only.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. In particular:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. See our Returns Policy for details.
• Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. Given the vintage and second-hand nature of our items, "satisfactory quality" takes into account the age and condition described in the listing.
• If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please note: you cannot cancel a contract for bespoke or personalised items that have been made to your specifications, or for sealed goods that you have unsealed (such as sealed vintage toys or games) where the seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

When you submit a sell request through our website, any offer we make is conditional on us inspecting the item(s) in person. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer if the item's condition differs from what was described or shown in your photos. Any agreement to purchase is between you and Pop! Shop and is subject to separate terms agreed at the time of sale.

All content on this website — including product photographs, descriptions, blog posts, logos, and design — is the property of Pop! Shop and may not be reproduced without our permission. Product photographs of items you have purchased are yours to use as you wish.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of goods shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant item.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
